Cherry-Chia Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 90g
    • Chia seeds 1 tsp
    • Cold unsweetened pomegranate juice 75g
    • Frozen tart cherries 300g
    • Low fat plain yogurt 75g
    • Semi skimmed or unsweetened dairy alternative such as almond 120g

Preparation

  • Place oats, chia seeds and pomegranate juice in blender container.
  • Blend until oats are finely ground.
  • Add cherries, yogurt and milk.
  • Blend until cherries are pureed and mixture is smooth.
