Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 20g
    • Lemon juice 1 tsp
    • Unsweetened coconut milk 120g
    • Fresh mango 100g
    • Plain low fat yogurt 80g
    • Ground turmeric 1 tsp
    • Teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1/2 tsp
    • Honey 1 level tsp
    • Ice 1/2 cup

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.


  • Tip: For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 60ml water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
