Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 10g
    • Chopped avocado 40g
    • Fresh spinach 40g
    • Chopped mango 40g
    • unsweetened Coconut milk 120g
    • Grated coconut 10g
    • Chopped mango 20g
    • Chia seeds to serve 1 tbsp
    • Cashew 10g

Preparation

  • Add the spinach, Quaker Oats, mango, avocado and coconut milk in a high-powered blender and blend.
  • Depending on the power of the appliance, you may need to stop it, stir the ingredients and then continue blending.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and add toppings: chopped mango, chia seeds, shredded coconut and cashew or toasted walnuts.
