Gluten Free Apricot and Cranberry Porridge

Ingredients

    • Gluten free Quaker oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 240ml
    • Chopped apricot 1
    • Raspberries 30g

Preparation

  • Mix 40g of oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil
  • Simmer for 4 minutes
  • Remove from heat and transfer to bowl
  • Top with the chopped apricot and cranberries.
