Ingredients

    • Quaker Oats 40g
    • Semi skimmed milk or water 300ml
    • Low Fat Greek Yoghurt 150g
    • Chopped Strawberries 30g

Preparation

    • Chop up fresh strawberries and place in a bowl.
    • Mix 40g of oats with 300ml of milk or water and bring to the boil.
    • Simmer until oats are thick and creamy.
    • Dollop 150g of Greek yoghurt.
    • Top with the chopped strawberries.
